Here you will find a sheet that contains:

• Accounts Payable phone number
• time of request
• Accounts Payable email

Approved Requests

Once a request is approved, the detail sheet will be automatically updated for you.

Follow the same process of clicking view.

This time, you will find that the sheet has much more information on it.

The sheet will contain:

• Bank name
• Bank address
• Company bank account number
• Bank indentifier
• Bank code

If you keep scrolling down, you will find the bank audio recording

To listen to the bank recording, simply click the play button on the audio player

If you’re unable to click 'play' on the audio player, try refreshing the page and reopening the approved request.

For security purposes, bank audio recordings expire within 60 seconds. A simple refresh may be all that's needed to access a new recording.
