Viewing a company's details

Before we request bank audio, let's make sure that we are requesting the correct company.

Click on the View button to get a quick overview of the company.

Here you will find a sheet that contains:

• company name
• description of what their business entails
• Accounts Payable phone number
• Accounts Payable email address
• Company Address/HQ

Additionally, a section offering more details about the creator of their company on BankAuth.

Focus on a specific company

To focus on a company that you would like to request, click on the Focus button.

This will pull up a new table with only the company you want to focus on. Useful for when you want to make sure you are requesting the correct company.

Getting access to your vendor's bank recording

Now that you can navigate the Company Lookup page, let's request a company's bank audio.

Click on the Request Bank Audio button

The button will begin loading, and once the request is successful, the status will update to 'Pending.' Congratulations, you've successfully requested a bank audio recording.

Click on the View in My Requests button

To see the status and details of the company you requested, click on the button that replaced the Request Bank Audio button.

The 'My Requests' page displays all the requests you've sent, as well as those you've received.

You will be redirected to a page where you can view additional details about the status of your request, as shown in the screenshot below.
